With customer focus being at the heart of our business, we approach every interaction with our clients on a personal level. At Cornerstone Foundations we use a more empathetic approach than commonly found with other service providers. We deploy an immense level of understanding. We know that what happens underneath a client’s home may be foreign knowledge, as most clients spend their time in the home, not underneath it!

We put ourselves in the client’s shoes through constant communication and providing sound advice through every step. Once we have been appointed our in-house team of experts are able to fully manage the process. The level of professionalism and expertise our team holds allows for all stress and heartache to be completely transferred on to us.

Our separate administration team is solely dedicated to the management of all paperwork including assisting with attaining engineering documentation/plans, organising inspections, scheduling start dates, organising all council documentation and permits. Having a separate team ensures collection of all required documents is handled efficiently. The process between receiving an initial enquiry to commencing a job is prompt, as a result of having a separate administration team. This forms part of our unique approach to foundation and subfloor works, distinguishing us from our competitors.
